Depending on your situation, I support you through coaching, business consulting, workshops or the Equilibrium Method. During our initial consultation, we find out which format best suits you and your business.
Your free initial consultation
For me, good support starts with a conversation. During a free 20-minute initial consultation, we get to know each other. We talk about your current situation, your goals and the questions that are on your mind. You receive an initial perspective, and we find out whether and how I can support you.
Only then do you decide, in your own time, whether working together feels right for you. Trust cannot be planned. It grows through conversation.

The person behind Equilibrium Consulting - it is me, Otília Torda.
For more than 15 years, I have worked with finance, social insurance themes and business decisions. Today, I combine this expertise with coaching and mentoring.
I am interested in how people understand connections, make good decisions and learn to lead their businesses independently over the long term. That is why I support entrepreneurs both professionally and personally; with clarity, structure and an eye for the bigger picture.
