Business clarity.
The person behind it matters.

Who are you and why do you do what you do?

I am a lawyer, certified coach and business consultant and I know from my own experience what it feels like to build a business on your own. More than 20 years in Austrian and international tax and social security law have shaped the way I see things. I founded Equilibrium Consulting because I saw what solopreneurs really need: not abstract advice, but someone who thinks about finances, law and personal development together.

I give talks, continue to develop myself and work with a network of specialists so I can help you even where my own area ends. My goal is that you not only lead your business, but truly understand it.

What sets you apart from other business coaches in Austria?

I bring a legal background that is rare in coaching work. I accompany you as an entrepreneur and as a person: both belong together, because both influence your business.

What do you do differently from a classic business consultant?

My work starts with questions, not answers. I show alternatives, I put the situation in context, but the decision is always yours. Sustainable business success comes from both: good structures and inner clarity.

You are a lawyer. What does that have to do with coaching?

Legal thinking means: recognizing connections, assessing risks, making decisions based on clear facts. Many of my clients are afraid of making mistakes with finances and leadership. My legal background gives you the confidence you need to make clear decisions. Coaching and law do not exclude each other, they strengthen each other.

How does your legal experience help my business in concrete terms?

Whether it is company structure, the difference between a GmbH and a sole proprietorship in Austria, EPU social insurance or pricing, I can accompany these topics with real expertise. You have a single point of contact for questions that would otherwise be split across three different advisors.

You are an entrepreneur and a mother yourself. Why is that relevant for your clients?

Because I know the reality that many of my clients live. Combining self-employment with family is not a theory for me, it is daily practice.

What is your best advice for women who carry everything on their own?

What I observe with many solopreneurs: the step of asking for support initially feels difficult. Those, who know when and where to bring in support lead more clearly - themselves and their business.

What changes for your clients and how quickly?

The first change is often the fastest: orientation. The deeper changes - stable structures, financial confidence, a genuine CEO perspective - develop over the process. My goal is that you can manage on your own in the long run.

Who is the right fit for working with you?

I work with women and solopreneurs who want to lead their business with intention. Where you are located usually does not matter. Coaching, structure, CEO mindset, we do this online.

When it comes to specialist questions about company structure, starting a business or financial thinking, my background in Austrian business and tax law is a real asset, especially for entrepreneurs in Austria.

We are a good fit if you are ready to work on your business and on yourself. My work is a development process: those who are looking for lasting change are in the right place.
